Urban Associate Housing is a private company specialising in shared accommodation for over 25's, particularly those who are homeless or in urgent need of somewhere to stay. If you're homeless or sleeping on a friends couch we can help you get a room in one of our flats or houses in Bristol.
Urban was created to help people who cannot access housing through Bristol City Council and other housing associations because of the limited housing resources Bristol has to offer.
Our shared accommodation is equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and a fridge.
We accept working applicants and those who are receiving state benefits as well as housing benefit.
Housing benefit usually pays the majority of the rent, but if there is a shortfall tenants are required to pay the remainder themselves.
Our goal is to try and give single people in Bristol the chance to live in a safe and secure home.
We are not funded by any government grants.
